Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event check-in stations
- Manage crowd flow and maintain venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply distribution
- Set up and break down event infrastructure efficiently
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professional solutions
- Support promotional activities and brand activations
- Complete accurate incident reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturday & Sunday shifts (6-8 hours/day)
- Valid US work authorization required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Basic knowledge of event setup procedures preferred
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin locations
- Must pass standard background check
- Previous event or hospitality experience a plus
