Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to brand standards
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and restocking stations
- Process cash/credit transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with positive attitude
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Evening availability (minimum 20 hours/week)
