Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless service
- Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a high-energy setting
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail fundamentals preferred
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Card (or obtain within 30 days)
