Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service during peak evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly describe menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Process orders and payments accurately through POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food delivery
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Contribute to a positive team environment during high-volume service
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant or hospitality experience required
- Availability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail service preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Must possess NOLA food handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
