Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service during evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless operations
- Ensure cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Upsell specialty menu items and beverages
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Food Handler/Safe Serving certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must be 18+ years old
