Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments.
- Organize and restock merchandise throughout the evening shift to ensure a clean, appealing display.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
