Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening/weekend shifts (4 PM - 10 PM weekdays, 10 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Aspen Avenue location
