Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product recommendations and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative problem-solving
- Operate POS systems and process returns/exchanges efficiently
- Support store cleanliness and operational readiness during evening shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (3 PM - 10 PM), including weekends
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Kansas City location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn retail best practices
