Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases during evening hours
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Support inventory management and stockroom organization
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during closing procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), including weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Reliable transportation to Gateway West Blvd location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be at least 18 years of age
