Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling consultations to evening clientele
- Execute floor merchandising and visual presentation standards
- Process transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Manage inventory reconciliation during closing procedures
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable store presentation
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social media
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and size systems
- Proficient with iPad-based POS technology
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid NC driver's license preferred for inventory runs
- Previous boutique experience highly valued
