Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, checking stock levels, and performing cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment according to company standards.
- Perform closing duties, including cash drops, register reconciliation, and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
