Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchase decisions
- Collaborate with evening staff to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in inventory counts and store security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid CA driver's license preferred (for occasional deliveries)
