Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist with product knowledge, styling advice, and fitting room support
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling aptitude
- Passion for fashion and brand culture
- Reliable transportation to University Ave location
- Must be 18+ to work evening hours
