Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring all payments are accounted for at the end of the shift.
- Assist with bagging items and maintaining the sales floor presentation.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or cashier positions is preferred.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
