Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and maintain a tidy sales floor.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Clean the store and restock restrooms and break areas to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
