Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Restock merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets
- Follow all safety protocols and store operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable communication style
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation to Bardstown Road location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
