Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operating hours
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Uphold visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Evening availability (4 PM - 11 PM, including weekends)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Atlantic Avenue location
