Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management and product rotation to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store policies during closing procedures
- Support visual merchandising efforts to create an attractive shopping environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Availability to work evenings (primarily 3 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- No prior retail experience necessary - training provided
- Reliable transportation to and from our Stone Avenue location
- Must pass basic background check and employment verification
