Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain store presentation through restocking, folding, and visual merchandising
- Support inventory management during evening shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during closing procedures
Qualifications
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math abilities for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to/from Manhattan location
