Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport it to the sales floor using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Organize, clean, and stock shelves with accuracy and efficiency to maintain high visual standards.
- Rotate stock to ensure the freshest products are displayed first and older inventory is moved to the front.
- Perform daily inventory counts and check for damages or missing items during unloading.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict accordance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and stocking targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory checks and pricing adjustments.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
