Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash securely
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing displays and store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support team with visual merchandising updates and seasonal transitions
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Collaborate with evening staff to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings (typically 4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
