Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening clientele, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage cash register operations and point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the store's appearance and organization, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Assist in processing returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Handle end-of-shift closing procedures, including counting cash drawers and securing the premises.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM on a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology/computer systems.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
