Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming attitude, ensuring a memorable and personalized shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing merchandise, following merchandising standards, and keeping the sales floor clean.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and monitor stock rotation to prevent shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to execute sales strategies, promotional events, and seasonal displays.
- Provide exceptional service to both in-store and online customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid Driver's License is a plus for stockroom and inventory duties.
