Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Operations: Ring up sales accurately using the POS system and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized, clean, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Merchandising: Ensure all displays are attractive and adhere to company visual standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Inventory: Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory organization.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
