Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entry, providing exceptional service and product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and seasonal displays.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Reliable availability, including weekends and holidays.
