Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Support inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and seasonal resets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
