Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
- Process inventory shipments and manage stockroom rotation
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in evening inventory counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided
- Must be available 3-5 evenings per week (4 PM - 9 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math abilities for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to Bayshore Blvd location
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass basic background check
