Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection and fitting room needs
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register operations
- Restock merchandise and maintain store visual standards
- Participate in inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales goals
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required - training provided!
- Availability to work evenings (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to Melrose Ave location
