Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise during evening shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store appearance and standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Document daily operations and report issues to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM, including weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation to Meridian St location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
