Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during evening shifts
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain clean, organized store appearance
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve sales targets
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts (3-11 PM)
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
