Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy
- Process stock deliveries and maintain organized display shelves
- Operate POS systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store premises
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Reliable transportation to Fresno location
