Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with team to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in seasonal promotions and visual merchandising
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts (15-25 hrs/week)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to downtown Tampa location
