Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided tablet devices for inventory management and checkout
- Operate POS systems and visual merchandising tools provided by the company
- Assist in store operations using branded equipment for product displays and stock management
- Utilize company-provided communication devices for team coordination and customer assistance
- Maintain store appearance using professional-grade cleaning equipment and supplies
- Process returns and exchanges using provided scanning and verification tools
- Participate in training sessions for new equipment and retail technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Comfortable using company-provided tech devices (tablets, POS systems)
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods using provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions with company-provided tools
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid state ID for equipment usage authorization
