Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally and in accordance with policy.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland location.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
