Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service to guests during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using PMS software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with Aloha hospitality
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and activities
