Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining cash accuracy
- Uphold strict hygiene standards and maintain immaculate workspace
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in ongoing product training and menu innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert-level espresso machine operation and latte art skills
- Exceptional customer service with multilingual abilities (Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Basic food handling certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
