Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Handle high-volume phone calls and manage reservation systems
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Prepare daily reports and maintain administrative documentation
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott Bonvoy)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening environments

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (preferred)
