- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Prepare end-of-day reports and secure sensitive documents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or reception experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable to property needs)
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (PM - late night)
