Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a professional and warm demeanor during evening hours.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming phone lines, screen and redirect calls, and take accurate messages or forward urgent inquiries.
- Visitor Management: Sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and coordinate meeting room availability for evening attendees.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, maintain the reception area, and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Security Compliance: Monitor building access points and assist with after-hours security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk coordinator (1+ years preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM or similar shifts).
- Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished appearance.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
