Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with exceptional service
- Answer multi-line phone calls and manage communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Nashville local knowledge preferred
- Valid driver's license (for occasional errands)
