Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during evening shifts with precision and warmth
- Handle high-volume phone inquiries and reservations using our PMS system
- Process secure payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for guest safety protocols
- Execute upselling strategies for premium suites and amenities
- Maintain pristine lobby ambiance and manage inventory of guest amenities
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/reception experience with proven customer service excellence
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills and polished professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (for errands)
- Availability to work flexible evening/weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and dining options
