- Manage front desk operations during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle multi-line phone system and route calls professionally
- Process reservations and manage booking systems

- Maintain immaculate front desk and lobby areas
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
