Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all guests upon arrival with genuine hospitality
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage reservation system and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with precision
- Maintain pristine lobby area appearance throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience required)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Flexible evening/weekend availability (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to downtown Dallas location
