Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all guests with check-ins, inquiries, and special requests
- Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and route communications efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless evening operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records using property management systems
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established protocols
- Prepare nightly reports and maintain organized documentation
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and professional appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Marriott, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Nashville attractions and transportation
