Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and clients, managing the front desk during evening hours.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls in a timely and polite manner, screen calls, and redirect them to the appropriate departments or take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle basic clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and managing email correspondence efficiently.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Security Access: Monitor building access and assist in securing the facility during closing hours.
- Inquiries: Respond to general inquiries regarding company services and hours of operation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
