Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle multi-line phone systems and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Coordinate concierge services and arrange transportation/activities
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with security team to ensure property safety protocols
- Update reservation systems and manage room availability
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality or high-volume reception roles
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
