Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM), including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics using Microsoft Outlook and calendaring systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain secure visitor protocols and issue building access badges following company security procedures
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and file management
- Collaborate with security team to ensure building safety protocols are consistently upheld
- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate maintenance requests for facility upkeep
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or customer service experience in a corporate setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic office equipment
