Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Handle high-volume phone reservations and inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with concierge and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Prepare nightly reports and manage office inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Flexible evening/weekend availability
