Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during evening shift with precision and warmth
- Handle VIP requests, reservations, and special event coordination
- Operate PMS systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with security and housekeeping for nighttime operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and efficiency
- Prepare end-of-day reports and secure guest valuables
- Uphold brand standards in appearance and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end hospitality reception experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (PM shifts)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
