Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage daily clinic operations during evening hours
- Assist providers with patient intake, vital signs, and basic clinical proceduresMaintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) with strict HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate patient care transitions between departments and providers
- Provide compassionate patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and exam room preparation
- Resolve patient inquiries and concerns with exceptional communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year clinical or patient care experience required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Evening availability (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) including weekends
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
